About the role

You will be responsible for supporting their colleagues; both hardware and application support. Further you will work with customer service.

 

Your Responsibilities

You will handle configuration, deployment and maintenance of end user devices. In addition, you will write help articles to allow colleagues to self-service as much as possible and collaborate on business system improvement projects.

  • Laptop and Desktop hardware
  • Mobile Device Management; Printer Support
  • Windows operating systems
  • Windows Server and Network Administration
  • Microsoft Office 365 Exchange
  • Apple products / MacOS
  • Self-motivation with the ability to work effectively, both independently and as part of a team
  • The ability to resolve issues as they arise and provide effective solutions
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, both Dutch and English
