In the coming period all employees who don’t have an @nhlstenden.com account will receive their NHL Stenden account. These accounts will be created sometime between the end of June and the end of August.
More information on this will be sent to your private email address before your account is created. On the day your account is being created, you can make only limited use of your mailbox and you will temporarily have no access to other systems.
What will change?
Once created, your @nhlstenden.com account will be your new email address. This change will not affect your mailbox and files in Office 365 and people will still be able to reach you via your old @nhl.nl and/or @stenden.com email address. Furthermore, your @nhlstenden.com account will enable you to log into other systems.
What does this mean for you?
When your account is ready, you will need to change a few settings. Also you will temporarily be unable to log in on various systems.
During this period, we will be ready to support you. If you face any problems, contact the Service Desk or ask for help from one of the Digicoaches. We are happy to help you.
