Your primary purpose is to look after our valued Dutch speaking customers in the Benelux region. You will have daily contact with our customers and increase our customer loyalty and satisfaction.
As a member of the global TomTom Telematics team, you will have to deliver the following:
- Contribute to develop – our customer retention program and measurement for customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Coordinating actions with internal and external parties to make sure the customer gets a solution they need and to make sure we become a valued business partner instead of just a provider.
- Guiding our customers in the use of our software and to make sure they are maximizing the benefits.
- Having contacts with existing customers in the Benelux mainly through emails and phone.
- Proactive customer relationship management.
- Discover up-sell and cross-sell opportunities of existing customers in order to maximize revenue.
- Active participation in improving procedures, internally and externally.
- Prepare, analyze and distribute customer’s reports on demand.
