Wanted: Customer Service Agent (Fluent Dutch)
Parkmobile, the # 1 Parking App in the world, is looking for a Customer Service Agent. Are you customer-oriented, flexible and are you a team player? Then we are looking for you!
The team:
As a Customer Service Agent you will work in an existing team of 18 colleagues (larger team of 23 colleagues). You will be expanded (theory & practice) and will be linked to a buddy who will help you on your way. This way we prepare you so that you yourself are able to manage customer contact.
The job:
- You provide high quality service to our customers who have questions or encounter problems. You communicate via telephone (60-70%), WhatsApp, E-mail and Social Media (30-40%)
- You offer the customer suitable solutions
- You look for information & process customer contact via different systems (APS, Outlook and Fresh desk)
- You work in conjunction with your colleagues within & outside the department
- You think proactively & contribute to (improvement) projects (in team meetings)
Who you are:
- You have a completed MBO + / HBO diploma
- You have affinity with Mobility and IT systems
- It’s in your DNA to help people
- You are eager to learn
- You are a positive team player and bear ownership
- You are analytical and solution-oriented under pressure (you work with KPIs)
- You are strong in communication: patient & polite (oral & written); You also speak English well
- Able to multitask & switch between various activities
